National Sports Goods Engineering Technology Research Center
At present, the scientific research team has 307 members, including 236 fixed personnel and 71 floating personnel. Fixed personnel are the personnel with the center's staffing, the backbone of the center's operation management and scientific and technological research and development, and play a decisive role in consolidating the center's position in the industry and expanding the center's influence. Among the fixed personnel, there are 196 scientific researchers, 15 management personnel, 15 marketing personnel and 10 others. The average age of scientific researchers is 31, and 75% of them are 24-35 years old; 45 people with senior professional titles and 117 people with intermediate professional titles; 15 doctors and 45 masters. The floating personnel are the staff of the R&D center jointly built by the center, universities and scientific research institutions, as well as academicians, professors and researchers who have established industry university research cooperation relationships with universities and scientific research institutions, and are indispensable external support forces for the development of the center. The personnel disciplines of the Center involve sports training, sports human science, sports management, marketing, materials, mechanics, electronic information, computer science, etc. The talent team is young, full of vitality, with reasonable levels of professional titles, scientific education composition, and professional support, covering all research directions of the Center. The allocation of R&D, management, and marketing personnel is fully in place, and personnel in different positions perform their own duties and work together to form a unified organic whole, complete all tasks of the Center together, and meet the requirements for efficient operation of the Center.
The center will further consolidate the guarantee foundation: strengthen the organizational construction, improve the institutions, allocate sufficient personnel, and create a good environment conducive to the growth of talents; Improve the incentive mechanism for technicians; Further increase technology investment and capital management, improve the monitoring and evaluation system and dynamic adjustment mechanism of the project; Strengthen the advisory and guiding role of the Engineering Technology Committee in independent innovation projects, strengthen the consultation and coordination of major issues, and do a good job in the decomposition and implementation of major tasks; Strengthen the overall guidance of annual plan implementation and major project arrangement; Further strengthen the cooperation and exchange of production, teaching and research projects to achieve complementary advantages and win-win cooperation; Further play the role of a series of scientific and technological innovation policies of governments at all levels.
