At present, the scientific research team has 307 members, including 236 fixed personnel and 71 floating personnel. Fixed personnel are the personnel with the center's staffing, the backbone of the center's operation management and scientific and technological research and development, and play a decisive role in consolidating the center's position in the industry and expanding the center's influence. Among the fixed personnel, there are 196 scientific researchers, 15 management personnel, 15 marketing personnel and 10 others. The average age of scientific researchers is 31, and 75% of them are 24-35 years old; 45 people with senior professional titles and 117 people with intermediate professional titles; 15 doctors and 45 masters. The floating personnel are the staff of the R&D center jointly built by the center, universities and scientific research institutions, as well as academicians, professors and researchers who have established industry university research cooperation relationships with universities and scientific research institutions, and are indispensable external support forces for the development of the center. The personnel disciplines of the Center involve sports training, sports human science, sports management, marketing, materials, mechanics, electronic information, computer science, etc. The talent team is young, full of vitality, with reasonable levels of professional titles, scientific education composition, and professional support, covering all research directions of the Center. Laboratory testing mainly includes indoor and outdoor fitness equipment, sports and training equipment and supplies.
